Rather than continually starting a new thread for all of the cat related news or events or oddities, I hereby vote that ONE thread be established for nothing but kitties of all varieties.
Speaking of oddities, here is one of the strangest things I've ever seen. It IS NOT WORK SAFE.

A kitten was born in Grove City, Fla., with two faces, including two mouths that meow in unison, two noses and four eyes. Charles Roberts, the boy who owns the cat, looked in a basket where their new pet cat had given birth and found the two-faced cat. Animals experts said they don't know the odds of such a rare mutation, according to the report. They said animals born with two faces rarely live long and generally have other problems. They said the odds of the kitten's survival are not good. However, the owner said the kitten has begun nursing, according to an Ohio television station. Two other kittens from the litter were born without the defect.

Christmas Cat
This is my cat, Snowy. The red and green eyes are a result of flash effect. The picture has not been altered in any way. The cat's natural eye colors are one blue eye (the one that is red in the picture) and one green eye (the one that is green in the picture). If you look real close you can see the cat's natural eye color around the pupil. I showed this picture to my vet and he had no explanation as to why the eyes would reflect different colors. Strange!!
