If anyone plans to go and wants to hook up. Hang out and chill for the day I would be interested in hanging out with some fellow mac nerds. By the way if anyone wants to buy my ibook while where there that would be a plus too so i can get a new ti. See ya in the summer

I was gonna go, but I have to take summer courses at the local university so I can get back on track with my degree in the fall. Really upsets me.

Maybe next year.

:-) Good luck finding some people... I'm near SF so I see that show every year. Honestly though, I don't think you'll have any trouble locating some Mac nerds at MWNY!!!

Heck, you won't be able to walk 5 feet without bumping into one of us...

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, I'll be there. Woohoo! My first Expo too!

My friend (in Toronto) and I (in Montreal) are making plans to attend our very first MW of any kind, in New York. We are so looking forward to it.

You will have to recommend us some cool spots to hang out (and drink).

Cheers.
Have a nice day!

I plan to be there. I've got a ton of comp time from my job that will get used up at MWNY. Plus, this will be my first trip to the City since the attacks of 11 September.

jaydon34, what kind of iBook are you selling? I'm looking for a 600 Combo drive.

I haven't been to a MW since they stopped having it in Boston. Why they moved it to NY is beyond me. Boston was much easier to get to.

Not to mention Boston is only 40 minutes from me

I had a pass for MWNY last year, but I wasn't able to make it. Maybe this year I will try again. If so, I'll look you up.

MWSF2002 was my fourth and final MW. It was way BELOW the hype and except for the new iMac it was a major let down. Jobs and Co. made a big mistake with their over Hype of MWSF.

How does one go about getting into a mac world. I would definitely go, but do you need to be in the press or something?

You should plan a cook out or a happy hour or something... Wouldn't that be fun... I live in DC, and should have a cookout at my place for MWDC...
