I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....

Not surprising at all. The more you try to repress something, the more popular (and, possibly deviant, since it goes underground and there's NO control now) it's going to become.

Luckily for them, they've probably got the best skiing in the world. So it evens out, I think.

It's a network tv show. How does something usually available over-the-air and heavily censored really matter once its underground and out of control?

The *show* itself doesn't go underground ... if you remove the *supply* while the *demand* still exists, the demand will seek out other sources for supply. If the only source for that supply is outside of regulatory controls, it will likely be more deviant.
If the demand is simply to see boobies, and you remove the boobies, people will look elsewhere. Elsewhere, you are likely to see A LOT more than boobies.

You're making this sound about 100x worse than it actually is.
It's a Mad Men rip-off that will likely be DOA. What does it really matter if they don't show it? Is Hulu deviant?

You do know that I'm commenting on Utah's apparent thirst for porn, and the possible causes of that, rather than this specific example?
