It's a network tv show. How does something usually available over-the-air and heavily censored really matter once its underground and out of control?

The *show* itself doesn't go underground ... if you remove the *supply* while the *demand* still exists, the demand will seek out other sources for supply. If the only source for that supply is outside of regulatory controls, it will likely be more deviant.

If the demand is simply to see boobies, and you remove the boobies, people will look elsewhere. Elsewhere, you are likely to see A LOT more than boobies.
