Hi folks. At home I am currently using a linksys wireless-G router with my powerbook. I was having connectivity issues using WPA so went back to WEP. I created a phrase in the router config, from which it generated a 128 bit hex key. Now, for a long time, I connected using "WEP Password" in the airport config with that key, and it worked fine. But then I tried using the same key with a "WEP 40/128-bit hex" config and it also works. What is the difference between these two config types? is one better than the other? Enlightenment appreciated.
