Made by theme developers who haven't realized that the themeing world has whooshed right past them. This is old, old stuff... I remember using it back before even ThemeChanger was created (like, back in the days of MetamorphX).

Yeah, ditto. I remember XMorph, and having to use Sprocket and Theminator to make themes. My how things have changed.
Unfortunately, the developers of Themer haven't noticed.
