Apple always releases new laptops 2 days after I buy a new one! If you want an update, just buy me the current model and Apple will follow with an increase in double speed at half the price! LOL

Very funny. I'm within about two weeks of buying a MacBook. I hope that's not a sign of an impending update. The MacBook Pros should be updated before the MacBooks.

I think the current look is sexy sophisticated. My wife's Dell e1705 sits right next to my MBP, and the Dell looks and feels cheap, all the way down to the keyboard. The only PC I have owned and Liked ( Notebook ) is my IBM Thinkpad. Awesome Keyboard, nice sturdy construction. I do like the look of the old Wallstreet / Lombard / Pismo Powerbooks. My first Powerbook was a Pismo 500, and I have pretty much been portable since then. Maybe combine the look and feel of the Pismo and the current line-up. And no.... this would not be the " Blackbook "..... Something sleeker, maybe bring back some curves..... I dunno.

LOL!!!!! I agree with the whole " i " in front of every product. I will say this, apple is doing a great job of moving away from that in their hardware line, but their software...... and the iPhone.....
