Man. Lot's of Macnn'ers are going to jail.

Posting distressing images is now punishable with a fine or jail time.

No more posting jokes about Jesus Christ, pictures of Mohammed, political cartoons, or Anthony Weiner pics.

So I read the comments on that second link.
What a bunch of whiney little pussies.

Oh, and hyteckit - your misuse of the apostrophe makes Bob the Angry Flower distressed. Jail for you.

That would be the next law. Spelling and punctuations that causes distress will land you in jail.

Grammar police? Yes. This time for realz. For real for real.

I presume this is to block cyberbullying etc, but this is laughably unenforceable. Anything could be distressing to someone.

This affects me how exactly? I'm not from Tennessee. I will never visit Tennessee so... care factor zero.

*Golf clap* to the legislators there for dragging down their economy even further with a pointless law.

Because if your post is causing distress to someone in Tennessee, you are violating Tennessee law.

How could any image cause distress to someone in Tennessee? Sadly, that question is half-serious.

+1

One has to remember whom we're dealing with.

We in TN already know that Algore is a joke, how else do you think he lost our support when he ran for Pres? I think he was the first major party candidate to lose his home state since McGovern.

This idiocy will get overturned by our SC, which seems to happen on a fairly regular basis.
