Bought Pixelmator recently, still haven't given it much of a shot I'm too used to Photoshop regardless of how much I might hate Adobe. What I'd really love is a Wacom compatible vector program that recognizes pressure sensitive input. If I could get that then I could finally ditch Adobe and actually focus on getting used to Pixelmator.

There's Inkscape. I've not tried it, so I can't vouch for how good it works with a Wacom. Illustrator is still the gold standard for tablet compatibility.
