I saw today that Dragon Age: Origins is coming out for Mac this month. The requirements are:
The Standard and Digital Deluxe versions are available now for pre-order. Dragon Age: Origins will run on Mac OS X 10.6.2 Leopard or higher and requires an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 2GB of RAM, an ATI X1600 or NVIDIA 7300 graphics card or better, and at least 17GB of hard drive space for installation. The game will not run on PowerPC-based Macs or Intel Mac that use Intel GMA video cards.
I should be fine for processor and memory, but I am worried about my video card. My Dual core dual processor 2.66Ghz Mac Pro only has a NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT. This is the bare minimum required.
Is there any upgrade I can get for my Mac Pro to make the video faster?

The newer cards (GTX 285, Radeon 4870, etc) that Mac User #001 linked to aren't compatible with the older Mac Pros.
I think the best you can do is the Radeon 3870 for $200 or the 8800 GT (have to go to fleabay, about the same price).
