Which model is my Radeon graphics card?

Stupidly, I forget which model it is that I bought, and I can't seem to find the box/manual anywhere. Here is the info that Apple System Profiler gives me:

Is this the Radeon Mac Edition or the Radeon 7000? I'm inclined to say the Radeon Mac Edition since I don't see a 7000 anywhere, but I'm not sure. Can anyone help?

I'm 99% sure that's the same profile I see for the Radeon Mac Edition I have in my beige. I'll check on it when I get home from work...

Why dont you just open the computer and look. It should say somewhere on the card, maybe the back.
