Mac to PC audio chat

What options do I have for audio chats between a Mac and PC a la iChat. Preferably free options, I see Yahoo offers similar functionality to iChat but the audio doesn't appear to be supported under OS X (video does but not audio?!?)

AIM for OS 9 is the only option I'm aware of.
