One seemingly little-known fact about the iPhone is that, across the various models, it is the top camera used to take pictures worldwide. Not the top smartphone camera -- the most used camera. In a new commercial from Apple that adds to its latest "If it's not an iPhone, it's not an iPhone" campaign, the camera and its ability to get high-quality photos even in adverse conditions is highlighted.

The entire campaign is something of a departure for Apple, veering away from its usual lifestyle and people-focused ads and presenting straightforward facts about the hardware and integrated software. In the latest ad, the only app shows is Apple's Camera app. The company has done campaigns that focused on apps before, but rarely touts the hardware and its own software in such a direct manner.
