i want to know...this theme is called section 9. section 9 is also a group in the anime, Ghost in the Shell, but this theme doesn't remind me of the series at all. is this just a coincidence or am i missing something? section 8 is another group in the same anime, but i don't know if thats what he was talking about either...

my apologies for any confusion or offense taken. just a cheap throw-away ref to section 9. everyone on this discussion group seems very normal.

btw, section 8 was a (suitably named and nothing to do with me) band in ottawa in the late 80's.
