Hi there,

I've lost the original GraphicConverter preference file that was installed on my Powerbook, meaning that the Serial number is gone and I'm back to stupid demo mode.

(at least, I'm assuming that's why the damn thing is deserialized)

Anybody know where I can find the original on the DVD and extract it?

You people have been real good to me in the past; can anybody help?

it is possible that it is not the pref file. have you installed an upgrade to a new version recently? a while back (i think it was v4.5) it became a paid upgrade.

This is the licensed OEM install that is part of the original software installation on the Powerbook.

The program is on the Software Restore DVD; I presume that whatever license key it was supplied with is copied from there as well.

Only where?

Thanks!
