syncing photos to iphone

	I have a problem. i export photos from Lightroom to the desktop to a folder. Then i sync the folder to the iphone. The pictures are numbered like "pic-1.jpg" to "pic-20.jpg" for example. But on the phone they are randomly synced. Is there a way to sync them so they apear like they should - 1 till 20?
