Who's watching Hell's Kitchen? It's on Mondays on FOX. I'm glad it's back.

I'm watching, loved it last time, this time looks great too!

I love that he calls Giacomo "Mophead" - that's priceless

Out of the gate, seem Heather's the only one who really know how a kitchen operates, the others are a bunch of misfits, but you never know with these things, there's always a twist!

And what's with all the sweating?!?!? That kind grossed me out.

heh..... personally i don't care for these kinds of shows. They rob people of their dignity..... i mean even if they aren't that all talented or as good as the next guy, that doesn't give anybody else the right to flame them or toss food right back at their faces.

There's a fine line between a sense of humor and utter immaturity. If i wanted a laugh, i'd watch stand-up or a sitcom... reality shows are nothing more than suped-up versions of college... or worse, high school pranks at best. But that's what i think.

Don't bully me, I got an Uzi... HOO-HAH!

I'm with you on that.

If these were random people on the street then I'd agree with you, but these people have begged and pleaded to get on this show. They're willing to trade their dignity for a few minutes of glory, and in my book that makes them the exact type of people I want to laugh at.

Also, there's something about Heather I don't like but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Dammit. I forgot to watch Monday night. Was that the first episode or have I missed more than that?

I loved last season and have been looking forward to this one.

Next monday they will encore one of last week's eps, then have a new one on at 9:00 (eastern)

I think it's funny how Ramsay calls all the guys "big boy...."
