No, not me as a parent of small children, but as someone who has parents who have Macs who don't always know how to make them work. From what I saw on Apple's website, when my mother or father is telling me that they don't see the option I want them to click, I can tell if they are even in the
right program.
This is especially important for me as my step-sister is going off to college, leaving my father to call me again with his iMac questions.
