Copy/Paste for multiple users

We are having a discussion that started out as a question in the Developer Forum, and I am considering implementing it (for myself at least). I am curious how many others would actually be interested (probably freeware). The discussion is here:

The crux of it is a utility to manage copy/paste of data between user accounts (or even potentially between computers).
So, who thinks this is a good idea?

I can't believe that many people are using simultaneous logins if so few have a need for this. Oh, well. I guess I will write it for myself and the other guy . . .
