Has anyone heard anything about kaleidoscope for OS X. Their website has said the same thing for last 3 years

"It is too early to say. We intend to make a version of Kaleidoscope for Mac OS X. However, unlike applications which can be Carbonized, low level hacks like Kaleidoscope need to be completely rewritten for Mac OS X."

This was one of my favorite control panels back in OS 9 days and it was the easiest way to customize your OS also.

It would be great if they could release the same product for OS X and have a way to convert all those old schemes to the new OS X compatible version.

Also, there is no way to convert Kal schemes to OSX ones, as the graphics that make up OSX do not allow for the 'freedom' that Kal did.
