I'm finding the 40Gb HD that came in the iBook far too small for my needs to am thinking of upping the size. I might have someone lined up to install it for me or might even do it myself but I'm checking out possible HD options.

All the HD i have been looking at are ATA interfaces. The one I'm looking at is the Hitachi TravelStar 5K160 which has an ATA-133 interface. Now is this PATA or SATA? Looking on the insight website I've made sure I selected ATA not Serial ATA. Just wanted to check with you guys and gals.

ATA 133 is PATA. Just check to make sure that your model iBook can support over a 120gig HD.
