Yes, but not with the Boot Camp manager. Most Linux live disks will non-destructively resize NTFS partitions, and the Leopard install disk will do the same for the HFS partition. It's a little messy, but it gets the job done in a pinch.

My XP partition is FAT32. I see Disk Util can resize, is it non-destructive?
