Application to switch/change the OS X Dock?

I just upgraded to Leopard, and on the Dock on Tiger, there used to be a little black arrow under open apps, now I can barely see the little blue light, is there a way I can switch back/download a custom dock?

There are several shareware programs that support custom docks, dividers, and arrows.
I use DockChanger, 4.4 stars, (US $10.00), but others prefer other programs.

Personally, I would just stick to the default dock and blue globes for a few more days. They are actually a lot more visible than you think.

Well i'm on a new MacBook, and the screen is FAR brighter than my old MacBook Pro, so I'm having a bit of trouble seeing them. I'll wait a couple days then try something else.

I downloaded an app called DockDoctor and got rid of the annoying 3D platform & reflections, which makes the dots much more visible.
