Any recommendations on an Universal Binary software for receiving e-mail on a Mac? I don't like the one that comes from factory...are there any other free options out there?

just curious, but why don't you like mail? i'm not defending it (although i do use it), but for a mail client, it does its job, IMO...

Mail is the best client on the platform, unless you need a particular feature another app offers. But you won't find another one as pretty. Thunderbird is fugly and not as flexible as Mail too.

How can you not like mail? With Letterbox it's pretty much a perfect email client. Thunderbird in particular has a clunky and very un-maclike interface.
