I have a Late 2004 iBook G4 with the Radeon 9200 that has a cracked LCD panel. It has the larger (1.5 inch) connector on the back. I'm not sure what the difference is between models, but the screen I pulled out was manufactured by Quanta Display Inc.
Let me know what you have and how much shipped to 50013.
