I have 10.3.7 Server installed, as well as developer tools. I'm trying to install the new version of movabletype on a fresh install of 10.3 server but I'm running into issues getting DBD:MySQL to install.
I got DBI to install fine after following directions on this site:

Unfortunately when I try and get DBD::MySql to work I get this error.

Anyone know why?
