Damn!. I use web sharing a lot, given I am the only Mac in a giant office and the firewalls snd very strict protocols does not allow me to use anything else (Moreover, the network is a Novell network and the servers cannot be touched or modified at all). Web Sharing was working fine for me, but when I upgraded to 10.1 I cannot turn it on anymore. Trying an apachectl start from the Terminal returns the following:

dyld: /usr/sbin/httpd Undefined symbols:
_apple_hfs_module
/usr/sbin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started

Do you know what is going on here?. Are you experiencing the same problem?
If someone wants to play Mr. Troubleshooter, I will be very pleased.

Y no entienden nada... ¡y cómo se divierten!...

Please dismiss this thread I have found the answer at the Macfixit forums. Here it is:

Subject: Re: 10.1 Web Sharing problem

I've noticed this mentioned at several forums as well. I'm not sure if this is a problem with all 10.1 updates, but there's a simple solution:

Replace the existing file "/etc/httpd/httpd.conf" with the file "/etc/httpd/httpd.conf.default". Apple has renamed the HFS Apache module and the configuration file needs to be updated to reflect this change.

If you do not need to preserve any changes made to the old configuration file, here's a quickie:

echo "cat /etc/httpd/httpd.conf.default > /etc/httpd/httpd.conf" | sudo sh

It just worked. Thanks anyway

Thanks for posting the fix. I was going to get my Web Sharing back to the way it was in 10.0 but I haven't gotten around to it. Now when I do, I'll know to take care of this little problem first.
