Plans include, but not limited to :

Going to Carcassonne, haircuts for the males, organizing the next weekend visit to the in-laws, and sinking a few beers.

My weekend will probably be spent gardening and making something from the latest issue of Make.

Work, probably. But since work at the moment generally involves sitting around drinking beer and auditioning dancing girls*, it won't be too stressful.

I will start part three of Crime and Punishment by Dostoyevsky. Or perhaps some sex, drugs and rock and roll. I haven't decided yet.

Mow the lawn, put some rabbit fencing around our pepper plants, go to my daughter's softball tournament, watch some of the second weekend qualifying at Indy, drink some Bell's Two-Hearted.

Seeing a movie with my brother and fianceé, packing my place up to get ready to move to our house next weekend and getting the condo ready for its open house on Sunday (anyone in the WDM, IA area need a nice condo?).

Actually, computer generated imagery - I'm working on surreal mushrooms, of all things.

spending time with my kids tomorrow, and working sunday (hassle of being in the IT sector). given that I work many nights and weekends, taking the time out to be with my little ones is a high priority.

You do know that the honeymoon is usually done AFTER the marriage don't you?

My son's birthday party is tomorrow... a bunch of kids here for a cook out.

Sunday I have to photograph a high-speed boat race.

Helping our son move into his first apartment, laundry, studying for a certification test. My wife's working at least on Saturday, and there isn't a lot of "fun stuff to do" alone at the moment. NEXT weekend I graduate and there will be parties and stuff, but THIS weekend I have lots of mundane stuff to take care of so NEXT weekend will be smooth and fun.

Planning ahead (and paying for it too) make it much easier to avoid the issue my wife and I still face. Next January is our 30th anniversary and we still haven't taken an actual "honeymoon." Maybe shortly though; a week after graduation we're going on a nice cruise together without any other people we know. That should be great.

Drive-in tonight for a horror triple feature. Saturday is a friend's graduation party. Saturday night Enter the Haggis is playing, so I might catch the show, but undecided. Depends on when I leave the party. Sunday absolutely nothing.

Or I might catch a plane and go assist Doof with drinking those beers and vetting those dancing girls. Cuz I'm helpful like that.

Not too sure how close that is to either Marseilles or Brest, but I've been to both of those cities. Beautiful country there. I'd love to go back.

And I just cut the grass. We have people checking in this afternoon and a few weddings this weekend, I believe. Plus, I have tons of frakkin homework to do. I have my work cut out for me.

....priceless

She won't be joining me tonight, she has her last final early tomorrow morning, which is good because I just annoy her when I'm drunk anyways. Something about pawing at her and talking to loud.

Yup, along with the marriage plans - since you usually leave the day (or days) after your wedding to go on your honeymoon.

Far. Marseilles is about 3.5 hours drive by car, and Brest is lots further. Toulouse is a nice city. Its got some large towns around it that are nice as well.

Having people over tonight for BBQ and beers.

Tomorrow, recover from tonight - no plans as of right now. Might go see Star Trek in IMAX.

Sunday, light yard work and some video games.

Then we did real world-like experiments. One guy figured out the statistical distribution of different colored M&Ms in plain and peanut varieties. The other class was healthcare statistics, which was more geared to how to USE statistics when doing studies-and to emphasize that when you go to publish, you should HIRE a statistician to do the numbers for you correctly.

Like most of my weekends, this one will consist largely of Lucky Charms, "your mom" jokes, and a mass quantity of cat hair.

Oh, and I found a PS2 DDR pad and game for $15 at Walmart, so I'm definitely getting some of that action tomorrow.
