Occasional Smeared Display After 10.3.1

Has anyone else noticed an occasionally smeared item in a Safari pageload or an icon on the HD after the 10.3.1 update. Doesn't happen often but is annoying. Video card below:

Yes, like someone wiped a rag over it. I've seen it in ads on the web and a couple of icons. Very strange as all else is well on the site or HD.

The new Java update 1.4.1 for Panther stopped this problem, whatever it was.

That's interesting - I remember using iChat AV beta and getting a blurring problem. It would only happen if I started a direct IM session and sent an image. After that, occasionally, when the window would scroll, it would blur terribly. Seems to be fixed in the final.

I recently had iChat screen draw problems which ended up with a warning dialog box. I continued instead of quitting and moments later Eudora unexpectedly quit. Restarting left eudora unable to startup and iChat causing more problems. DiskWarrior found problems which, after running and fixing, cleaned up the iChat window issues and Eudora is working fine. dunno if it's related to your issue at all.

ive noticed this with my 700mhz ibook. 16vram btw. i think i have the java update though. this has happened (i think, not 100% sure) since i installed 10.3.1.
