I want to make a full page of labels w/ my address on it from address book.
It doesn't appear possible from the settings. I've googled this question and it says I have to make a custom layout, but I do not see how to do this from the custom layout dialog?
Has anyone gotten this to work?
If so, could you please post a step-by-step solution, there is a free page of labels in it for you ;-)

Just buy a pack of Avery adhesive labels and use the company's online layout software to print onto them. Yes, you have to type in each address, but it works well. Be sure to adjust the top margin offset for your printer, though. Took me a awhile to figure out how to do this.

1. you looked at these apps already? dunno if any of them will do your labels thing.
2. what about making a bunch of copies of yourself? If you do it iteratively, 1->2, then select those and copy 2->4, 4->8, etc. it won't take long. Then select them all and print.

If you have word, you can use the avery layout in there, and add graphics etc. Once you have a single label done it's just copy and paste.

No, it's not in Tiger.
I agree it should be easier, but I don't see what's so hard about creating a few duplicate entries.

the non-tech people in the family like labels for the return address spot on the envelope (printing envelopes might be too hard)... this would be an easy way for them to get it.
as easy as macs are... they still are nowhere near easy enough for people new to computers (don't flame me for that comment... its just what i've noticed).

If you have Word, you can just create a full page of the same label by checking a box on the label creation page.
