I rely on Tarentella, an X11 app, to remotely access my work environment from my Mac. I'm considering upgrading my 5 year old TiBook 500 to a MBP and want to know what to expect regarding the above.
Any need for X11 apps to be made universal? Presumably this is necessary for X11 itself? Has that been done already? If not, can they run in emulation? (at at unbearable speed hit?)
Thanks

X11.app is universal -- the X apps themselves need not be. I've used Gimp.app successfully, and it's still PPC.
