Converting chm books to epub books for iBooks?

	I've got a load of ebooks in chm format. Is there an easy way to convert these to epub so that iBooks can read them? After a bit of google searching, I've tried to do it but it didn't quite go to plan. I used Tubby to expand the chm into html files, archived them into a single zip file, then put the zip into Calibre to create an epub file. It generally worked, but there were odd pages with bits of html in there, and the chapters were in reverse order!
	It'll be much easier if you just comply.
