Looks like they're officially swamped. It's already dropped a connection once, and for some odd reason it lists me as a friend of yours, but not you as a friend of mine (even though when I tried to add you, it said you were already a friend).

i'm sure they weren't prepared for the traffic/registrations after the xbox (joystiq) post.

EDIT: as of right now at least your true achivement score is ABOVE AND BEYOND what i have (0)

So it looks like some of my achievements are coming through on TrueAchievements,

i saw that today, they must of really overloaded yesterday, but as a general note i really like there way of scoring achievements, its a pretty well put together site. Plus i like the trophy case because well, i'm an achievement whore

As a subtle reminder as to how the site works, one my minor achievements changed in value over the past 12 hours.

I do wish the list of Best Achievements was those with the greatest TA score disparity, rather than the ones worth the most points overall.

Burnout is pretty kick-ass (espec. for $20). The online is surprisingly fun.

This weekend was a very odd perfect storm, though. stogie offered to help me finish Gears 2 (2 achievements, 200 pts), then we all happened to be on for Halo and hit that up (2 achievements, 250 pts), and then my mailman actually tried to deliver my amazon package with Burnout and I actually heard the knock on the door, so I ripped that up for almost 400 pts. That's over 800 pts in 3 days. Insane.

I have to say, I like this site beyond the narcissistic nature of it. Seeing what % of people complete certain achievements (not always what you think), and the feed letting me know when guys like stogie grab an achieve is cool.

Under what circumstances does LIVE correct a specific gamerscore?
Specific and automated criteria are used to determine if a player has earned achievements by using tools that circumvent the game or avoid game play entirely. A player who meets these criteria has their gamerscore corrected.

With the exception of "save this film" in Halo 3, all of my achievements are legit. When did I ever use tools to circumvent or avoid game play entirely?
