does the new iBook have auto-sensing ethernet like the tiBook?

Hey I was just wondering if the P29 has the auto-sensing ethernet jack like the tiBook. I need to get to my Lombard from the new iBook and I cant find any crossover cables around here. Thanks!

Not sure if it does, but someone did say it was....
I tried this to connect to my iMac and it didnt work so either its not auto-sensing or I did something wrong. (probabbly the latter)

Yes it is.
From the developer note:
When connecting two computers using Ethernet, a crossover cable is not required; circuits in the PHY detect the type of connection and switch the signal configuration as required.

Yes!!! it works well. I made it without crossover cable.
