Well I was just trying the built-in Jag theme updating and it seems to work almost perfectly in the first preview of a given Jag theme. BUT when applied (after preview) or previewed a second time the tabs just stay in Aqua. Other than that bug, all Jag themes that don't use menu enhancers seem to work great.

Really? I tried "Brushed 3.1" and it looked horrible. (I restarted afterwards)

Does it use menu enhancers?

Is there something I need to do before applying with "SS"?

I have a feeling Brushed does use menu enhancers. try watercolor, or Milk. (milk's widgets get too small though)
