Ok,
So I actually missed this last night, but heard discussions on the radio and read this article on the BBC website...

Yeah, I wondered about that too.
Generally speaking, in the US, violance is far more accpeted than nudity.
In Europe, it's exactly the opposite.
Just look at movie ratings. Some violent movies, R rated here, got cut to be shown in Europe.
And as soon as you can see the slightest hint of nipple, it's R in the US.

I find it pleasant to note that others are aroused and enjoying themselves, particularly if they are attractive and engaging in an activity I would find interesting, but it's still fun noticing when anyone is having that kind of fun (as long as whatever they're doing isn't explicitly something that bothers me-I do have my own prejudices...If I don't know it's something that bothers me, then I'm fine with it!).
A classmate's sister was in BB2 (I'm not sure whether it was here or in the UK), and she said that there were a number of "staged" events. Obviously the players know they're being watched, and I wouldn't be too surprised if there was some sort of coverage in the loo, though that would be a particularly delicate matter to deal with. Some people like to be watched...

Those pictures are very similar to Big Brother here in the US. I don't watch the show anymore. In the first or second season the girls came out wearing nothing but whipped cream and flowers appropriately placed. Just seeing how far they can push the envelope.

I don't watch it (honestly!), but I just happened to catch see that particular incident. It was just one innocent channel hop, but the mental scars will last a lifetime.
