Indiana is MUCH more complex now. I think everyone should just pick what time they want it to be in their own house. Might simplify things a bit.

Huh ? What are you talking about ?
Indiana now observes DST like everybody else. And now, there are only two times zones, as compared to three before.

when was there ever 3? Isnt that impossible?
anyway, apprently you know nothing about whats happening in this crazy state. Some counties are boycotting it even though the state says they HAVE to observe, others are switching when it makes no sense to do it. Way to make a bad situation even worse govenor Mitch.
South Bend and the western cities will now NEVER be on the same time. I could care less but it's funny to see politics fail so badly

In the past in the summer. Some eastern counties where on EST with DST, most counties on CET w/o DST and some counties on CT, AFAIR.

I could care less. Our company (international) has a location in Elkhart, and we are all happy to be on EST incl. DST. That sh!t with NOT observing DST in the past was utterly confusing for many of our overseas locations.
