I just bought CoD and I'm playing it on my MBP. It worked fine through the first three levels. When loading the fourth level it stops and shows this error:

Max number of disconnected paths exceeded

I can't get to the next level because the error prevents me form loading it. Any ideas how I could get around it? I've read quite a few reports on the web that CoD runs fine under Rosetta so I'm hoping I didn't just blow $40 on an unplayable game.

Did you download the patch for the game? Here's a link to it on MacGameFiles...

Hope it helps.

Yeah, thanks, I downloaded it when I first ran into the problem. Unfortunately it didn't solve the issue.

So in the meantime I also played around with all kinds of video performance prefs and tried reducing settings as much as I could. Unfortunately with no effect; the error still pops up at the beginning of the 05:00 Ste Mere Eglise level (number 4 I think).
