Unsanity's Response time?

So, I finally broke down and registered windowshadeX. but for some reason when the "Enable Custom Shadows" is checked, the deselected shadows settings don't work.
I have email Unsanity about this, but haven't received a reply so far.
If anyone has an idea of how I could try to fix this, please let me know.
So far, I have tried dumping the prefs, uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting finder, restarting my compy...Nada.
Any help would be great!

Thanks, that is what I had suspected.
Unfortunately, I have yet to hear, officially, from Unsanity about the windowshadeX issues. They continue to list this haxie under their Tiger-safe list.
Do we know who is really working on windowshadeX? I mean, it isn't Unsanity that made ShapeShifter, so who really made wsX? I would like to contact them about the issue as well.

Wrong... Smeger is one of the people working _WITH_ Unsanity to bring software to people. He is more like an independent contractor than an employee. Or, more likely, he is licensing the software to Unsanity...
