I searched the forum and i found one thread about this... i tried Renamer4Mac, R-Name... and others and none of these did what i wanted... I also tried automator... what i want to do is rename multiple files like this: file (1).jpg, file (2).jpg, file (3).jpg
how can i do this>?

Well I would have said that Automator is perfect for this, but it didn't do what you wanted? What happened?
