OK, seems like I'm not the only forum member getting ripped off of late. Seems that high end hip hop artists and producers take an interest into my production tracks

1-3-6-4 isn't *that* rare, and establishing prior art is kind of difficult - if the entire sequence is just a prefabricated sample that every single Logic Studio user (and every single GarageBand user who bought the "Remix Tools" Jam Pack) gets for free.

BTW, he actually used a different sample.

While your entire piece is built off "Euro Hero", his is "Euro Hero 2" - that's the one with the 16th filter modulation.

I actually did use the 16th filter modulation one as well (as you can tell by downloading my track). In fact we both use both of them. I actually one-upped Polow da Don by changing the Euro Hero synth 01 to different instruments. Now that's creativity!

Oh yeah, and I put the to show that I wasn't actually serious in claiming that I really thought Usher and Polow da Don was ripping me off.

Without listening to the Usher track, it was the first thing that came to mind after hearing your track. Nice work.

An up and coming artist who tried to capitalize on Eric's mad skillz and fame

Notice to everybody: Learn to play the guitar you bunch of talentless hippies.

Oh, and <insert generic "Garageband is for lamers" whine here>.

I beg to differ (not on the hippie or talent part).
