Hello,

is it possible to put a Radeon from a Digital Audio G4 into a G4/400 with 2xAGP/Gigabit Ethernet? Or could the Radeon which might be optimized for the 4xAGP Slot for the DA G4 destroy the G4/400 (with 2xAGP-Slot) motherboard?

I know that the latest G4 with Sawtooth (2xAGP/GigaBit Ethernet) motherboard shipped with Radeons, too. But I don't know if that Radeons are similar to those that shipped with the DA G4. I know that the speed of the AGP-Slot (if 2x or 4x) is not so important, but what about the voltage the Radeon from the DA G4 could require to work in the G4/400? I don't want to destroy my motherboard.

I hope you could understand me, becaus my English is not the best ;-) (I'm just a stupid German pupil ;-) )

Larsi
