What bugs? The only problem I encounter with the old tab style is that it occasionally goes into an endless beachball.

What bugs? I practically LIVE in Safari 4 and I have yet to encounter any showstoppers?

Among others: Problems showing embedded images from Flickr and other picture sites resulting in the spinning beachball, a slow script dialog box and drawing errors; problems using cookies for some forums resulting in premature timeouts and the inability to makes posts.

Those were the killers for me. I've gone back to 3.2.1 and, honestly, it's hard to tell the difference.

Updated Safari on Tuesday evening when the new Beta update was released.
Safari now crashing several times a day. No pattern to it. Clicking on pages in Top Site View causes it. Clicking on links in pages causes it.

Grrrrrrr.
