Is there a tool that will tell me which ppc applications I have installed on my intel mac? I've udpated all of the ones that came to mind but I'm probably forgetting about a couple.

Yup, under applications it will show a column with the language, intel, powerpc, or universal.

MacUpdate Desktop will be able to do this, if you add the Universal Binary column to the display. It will be release early next week:
