The Muslim fanatics are at it again, trying to strap bombs to themselves and blow up innocent people. Is this ever going to stop? Or is this just going to become a fixture of western life for generations to come? Frankly it's getting very tiresome hearing about the next Muslim plot against innocent bystanders, especially given the state of the economy. It seems like every two weeks we hear of another foiled plot.
Or if they insist on detonating themselves, can't they just do it once and get it over with so we don't have to keep hearing about their murderous plots and ridiculous grievances?

You should try to be a little more tolerant and understanding of these religious freedom fighters. They should be just a free to practice there transcendence rituals are you are.

Exploding Muslims Against Battery Farming of Easter Bunny Eggs (EMABFEBE) are a rather misguided group.

Why so surprised? As far as I know the war between the US (and its allies, including Britain and quite a few islamic states) and Al-Qaeeda is still going on.
And since Al-Qaeeda is a terror-organization, terror-plots will continue, while the US' attacks in Afghanistan and Pakistan against Alqaeeda and Taliban will continue as well.
To name this thread "Muslims plot Easter suicide bomb attack" is a very bad slandering. Al-Qaeeda-terrorists and sympathisers are indeed muslims, but they represent only one of many visions. Fortunately most of those who sympathise with the vision, ie. the establishment of an islamic caliphate and the introduction of sharia-law, as a mean to regain their freedom and independence from the arabic dictatorships and their western supporters, are against Alqaeeda's cynical and immoral means to achieve it. Otherwise you would hear of hundreds of terror-plots executed or foiled every day.

If "Muslims plot Easter suicide bomb attack", then Christians plot abortion clinic terrorism.

If Christians bombed as many abortion clinics as Muslims bombed Jews and Christians, there wouldn't be any abortion clinics left.

true. but that doesn't make abortion-targetted terrorism based on religion ok.

Which is why, other Christians(probably part of the majority of Christians) try to stop them.
Maybe that helps explain the difference in the number of attacks carried out by the two religious extremist factions ?

I've never seen Christians trying to stop the anti-abortion Christian terrorists.

Good question.
@Hawkeye
What Christian groups work to actively prevent the anti-abortion Christian terrorists from perpetuating their acts of terrorism?
What Christian groups loudly and publicly denounce the anti-abortion Christian terrorists after they have committed an act of terrorism?

Were the people who voted for laws against that behavior mostly Christian ? How about the people who wrote the constitution ? How about the people in the Justice Department ? FBI ? CIA ? Police Forces ? etc... aren't they mostly Christians ? or were they all raised in some other faith ?
My point being that it's mostly people within the Christian community that are stopping this behavior.

I love these really bad attempts at moral-relativism that always fall flat.
Anyone got an exhaustive list of abortion clinic bombings?
According to Wikipedia: In the U.S., violence directed toward abortion providers has killed at least 7 people, including 3 doctors, 2 clinic employees, a security guard, and a clinic escort.
Also, in most every case outlined, I notice words like, "apprehended, arrested, convicted, life sentence", etc.
What??? Not 'martyed'? Idolized? Put on a poster? No way!
Really? 7 people?
Sheesh, you're probably 10,000,000 x more likely to be killed by an atheist crackhead.
Therefore.... IF (as goofball-'logic' dictates) we can extrapolate these 7 brutal murders out to represent Christians as a whole in any shred of a meaningful way, then I therefore extrapolate my atheist crackhead example out to say that atheists support murder if it's for your next fix.
Meanwhile, I dare say the average singular Muslim suicide attacker would consider a 7 person death toll to somewhat anti-climatic, even a flop.

It isn't "ok", just a hell of a lot more rare. Even counting IRA bombings, Muslim extremists are WAY over their quota for carnage and cowardice.
I would think that Allah has seen a sufficient amount of dead children, wouldn't you?

all I'm saying is this:
Christians aren't any more responsible for abortion targetted terriorism than Muslims are for the actions of those is this article and that the title of this thread is therefore misleading.

Well, except that Muslims don't really seem to be that interested in stopping the bombings. With some moderate exceptions, Islam is rotting from it's own apathy. Until they forcefully take on their own radical elements, they can't be recognized as a moral religion. I know Satanists who are more accepting of peace.

suicide bombings are not restricted to islam as tamil tigers have an awful reputation as well. I was surprised to know they use human torpedos nowadays as well as kamikaze strikes
Occasionally I read stories about the lives of suicide bombers and it's very interesting to know that they are usually higher educated single Palestinians or poor single Tamil women. It's nothing to make fun of. As long as there is desperation these attacks will continue.
