http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20071211...I.d9z5ZhADW7oF
...when the former Formula One ace, plus his wife and two children, caught a taxi back to the airport they were short on time and, after a polite request, cab driver Tuncer Yilmaz watched in wonder as Schumacher took the wheel.
"He drove at full throttle around the corners and over-took in some unbelievable places."
I wish I'd been along for that ride. My favorite part is he had his wife and kids with him (and presumably a puppy too).
Commence sniping at Schumacher's F1 accomplishments and commentary about the irresponsibility of his actions.

Hmm, that's kinda wild. Speaking of Schumacher, he did a pretty good lap time on Casey Stoner's GP bike a few weeks ago.

What a juvenile, selfish, irresponsible PIG!!!
How could he possibly do that with his wife, kids, and his PUPPY (for crying out loud) in the car with him?
I'm shocked! Absolutely shocked!
Good start, Dak?

That's a bit dangerous no matter who's driving. I want to hire him away to drive me around, ha ha.

When I read that, I thought it was pretty cool. Sounds like it came out of a movie or something.

Speaking of that, why isn't he in any movies? He seems like he would be a great stunt driver.

Although it smacks of this story, they claim to have confirmation from his spokesperson. Why would he act so irresponsibly?

You're right. From what I've heard he's still involved in the Ferrari racing program, though I think after this episode offers may start coming in.

Because he would be way too expensive for that job!

Just like a good athlete can excel at any sport besides the one he specializes in, a good driver is going to excel behind the wheel of most vehicles.

(I think this one was serious.)

Everything from the Opel he was driving to the rest of vehicles would be like a damn slow motion movie for him… actually any 'dubbed' supercar would be pretty much the same, damn slow. Let me share the street with someone like Schumi than with average Joe, Adolf, Pepe, Luigi, whatever… (and that comes from a guy who doesn't like Schumi).
As for it being kind of irresponsible since there are laws to follow no matter who are you, sure. Not to mention all the FIA safe driving campaigns he has done… Do I think he was a threat to other drivers (and those sharing the car with him)?, no way.
Can't wait to someone giving the I AM LEGEND movie poster a proper PS job with Schumi and Ed
