6 black long sleeved tees, 6 pairs of jeans, 6 pairs of cargo shorts.
Took the idea from Seth Brundle.
Four pairs of black Carhartt work pants.
I actually went all crazy a little while back and bought another pair in tan, and another in dark brown. Thought I'd risk it.
I actually like the variation, but now I have to check in advance which shoes to wear, as the grey of my sneakers *really* doesn't go with the tan. Also, not every t-shirt color works well with the brown ones. *sigh*.
Heh, its been a while since this place had anything memeworthy
Bullying? No, unfortunately that's still a popular mode of discussion for certain members who won't admit they misjudged a comment. If he'll just agree that he overreacted, then he can move on.

Once I lived on Total cereal (one 12oz bowl /day), soy milk (6oz), and wheatgrass juice (all I wanted) for 4 weeks and it wasn't overly pleasant, from a food enjoyment perspective, but I felt okay, if a little less energetic. The most noticeable outward changes were in my BO and feces, my sweat actually started to smell like slightly stale herbs (I was told it was kind of nice) and my stool changed into odorless, green, floating toothpaste. Also I lost 14lbs, which was mostly fat, but a little muscle mass as well.
Was this a crash diet of some sort or did you just do this for the heck of it?
Any before and after pictures?
It was one of those body "purification" diets, to remove toxins and blood impurities, or so they say. The weight loss was incidental.
I'm glad you used quotes. I guess it's OK for someone to try it at least once, but there is no basis in human biology that indicates we need fasting or any other detox formula to detoxify the body. We have our own internal organs and immune system that take care of excreting toxins.

Oooh. Bad call.
If you wear the exact same color every day, people realize it's a uniform. Now people think you're wearing the same dirty pair of pants until you change color again.
"I don't like it because it gets in the way of productivity." is what he wrote.
If you don't sleep (for say 48 hours), you aren't productive, that is the point that I was trying to make. It is also my opinion that getting a good sleep can actually make you more productive, although I have no proof. Some past leaders have been able to get by on 4 hours per night. I cannot get by on less than 7.
You can improve the quality of your sleep if you're stoned. I got down to about 3 hours a night during the week before I gave up smoking. Now I need at least 5.
I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....

Is that an acceptable reaction?
No. His point is he'd rather be working than sleeping. That's the ****ed up part.
I have soylent, it's called Total Raisin Bran, eat one box of it a day (you can also add Orgain liquid supplement, no refrigeration necessary). No need for Soylent when real, nutritious, food is that easy.

Your toilet paper budget must be astronomical.

Hey, I lived on Total RB w/ Orgain for a week and I wasn't hating life afterwards. In fact, it reset my taste buds and I didn't need to add sugar to anything for foods to taste sweet. Plus, I lost 8lbs while not losing any muscle mass or energy (actually I had more get-up-and-go). If I needed to, I have no doubt I could live on the stuff indefinitely.

I had to stop buying anything that's not ingredients for a meal because I have zero self control when it comes to eating. I need to take up smoking or something to keep myself busy.
A team of MBA students were the recipients of the 2013 Hult Prize earlier this week, providing them with $1 million in seed money to produce an insect-based, protein-rich flour for feeding malnourished populations in other countries. The product is called Power Flour.
Heard an interview with Grant from Mythbusters, and he said Jamie (who used to be a chef) created his own "nutritious paste" so he could eat a meal in 20 seconds and get back to work.
Rhinehart points out that all of the product’s ingredients are well-studied, but detractors counter by saying that the exact means by which the body transforms food into nutrients isn’t wholly understood, and that "eating" is a much more complex and holistic process than just filling up RDA percentages.
Full disclosure : stopped studying anything biological at about 11 years old, but I'm amazed that the food into nutrients work of the human body isn't 'fully understood'.
Haha, I would totally give Soylent a try. Sounds great as a meal replacement that seems to not contain high amounts of bad things - cholesterol, sodium, sugars, etc. I love to cook, but many of my meals are on the fly, and most prepared/prepackaged fast food just isn't very good for you, although packaged stuff is apparently getting better all the time.
