Just curious to see how many got free gifts for waiting in line for Panther yesterday.

I got a free mouse pad and 64 Mb USB Macally Flash Drive!!

I bought mine in a MicroTech location in Kansas.

I thought it was broken (and that's why they were given them away) but it works just fine!

Apple only gave away Panther dog tags. Woulda been cool to get something else, but that's OK. I had fun anyway.

You got to be grateful that you able to take home a copy of Panther in the UK. (well it's a sort of gift, and more than the people who ordered it from Apple UK direct got)

Mousepad, T-Shirt, and free cake/snacks/beer.

Well worth staying local and going to the reseller instead of driving to Denver.

Umm, why is he a fool? Seems like a smart idea to me! Or did you mean, sell it TO a fool?

Don't forget, the Apple Stores were also giving away an iMac.

And I won the one from the Rockingham Park NH store!

Unfortunately I'm still waiting for Panther. I have an Up to Date order in (just got a G5), and the order is delayed!!! Might get it some time next week.

I got Gator Aid, Coke, and as many cookies as I could swallow. PLus, I got a free keychain doodad with an apple logo on it.

One good thing...Because I am a student at the University of Oregon, which paid for most of my new cat, I only had to pay $15 bucks for all four disks! The downside to this is of course that I didn't get the cool black box, the booklet, or any other paper stuff. Hehe, yeah...a real downside eh?

Thanks UO!
