Apple Store:

Starts at 1299:

1.25 G4 (yours is 37% of that)

256 DDR (yours is more RAM, but slower, call this one even)

Radeon 9600 Pro 64DDR (yours is approx 25% of that)

80 gig HD (yours is 57% of that)

One year warranty (valued at approx $100)

Overall, I'd say you have about 35% of the machine I can buy for 1299. Subtract a bit more for the lack of warranty....

My offer: $375 + shipping.

Then I should note the irony of your lack of detail!

Unless you are using conversion rates from the 1960's, 750 CAN is $575.24 US.

Although I'd gladly mail you a check for $50US if you want to mail back $750 CAN.

It's all in the currency rates baby!

$375?? LMAO, there's no math there baby! (guess depends on where you got your education though) ...just a sorry attempt to justify an insultingly low offer.

by his "math" that puts a MDD 867 at about $600 at best.

anyone want to cut loose of their outdated MDD 867 for $600, how about 700? Shoot I'll even take a QS 867 for $600 ....let me know, I have Paypal ready to go.

or can try reverse "math"... put a $700 dual1.24 in the $375 DA and blows the new 1.25 away (dp1.24 @ $1100)... making the new 1.25 worth well under $1100.

have no problem with someone trying low-ball a computer away from someone, but to justify it to me (in public forum) with such reasoning and comparision, is insulting. If he wants to BS the guy in PM, thats fine. But certianly no reason to insult the guy (and others with a tad of common sense) in a public forum because he didnt like his price.

congrats on the 466 @ $450 over a year ago, but is also my guess that even today you wouldnt sell it for $400? if Im wrong, drop me a PM, we'll work out the payment and shipping.

I am wanting to see if you would be willing to work out a trade for you G3/G4. What I have to trade is the following

Apple IPOD 10GB 3rd Generation (used only 4 times) like new ($299)

Apple Earbud Headphones New unopened (comes w/ IPOD)

Apple 3rd Gen Wired Remote ($40)

Apple BeltClip for 3rd Gen IPODS New Unused ($40)

Custom IPOD Carring Case NICE!!!! (appx. $25)

Belkin Auto Charger / Kit ($40)

All original manuals, software, cables, chargers, adapter, boxes, and paperwork.

I only used it 4 times. I just dont have a use for it. I am wanting to work out a trade for you G3 / G4. If there is a major cash difference maybe we could work out the difference. Just let me know what you have and what type of deal that you are wanting to do. I am in Dallas / Fort Worth, TX so shipping will need to be figured in as well. Thanks, and look forward to hearing from you soon.

I also have a Creative Nomad IIMG 128MB MP3 player as well that I would be willing to throw into the deal that is just sitting around and collecting dust.
