Hi.

I am trying to view a post on here with a pound sign.
On default and unicode utf8 encoding i get this:
http://www.voguehost.com/ims/u/kick5...ltencoding.jpg

If i switch to western mac the pound sign works
http://www.voguehost.com/ims/u/kick52/NN/westernmac.jpg
but other characters dont appear correctly (these should be dots)

what should i do?
