Hi all.

I just clicked the post new topic button in these forums which was going to be about the Beige G3 & Panther black screen (Freaky!!!) when my monitor suddenly turned off like it had no signal. I fiddled about with the cables, but nothing. I then pressed the power button on my PM, to see if it was just the monitor that was screwed, but it didnt sleep, nor did I hear any HD activity. It was just on. My PM was on for 17 days at that time. I had Namely, Safari, Finder, Dashboard, Acqlite and Microsoft Messenger runing. Before the crash, I had had bits off garbage around the screen sometimes (only small, i thought it might be just windowserver gone wierd or something)

I restarted and looked at the logs, nothing that pointed at a serious crash, no ThermalRunaway. So maybe it was a freeze of somekind? I only found this:

Jul 30 08:33:43 Power-Mac kernel[0]: ************An SCC Error Occurred 0xFF

Any help would be great.
